Flexible Operational Support Based on the Capacity Your Business Needs
Procom Business Support monthly plans are designed for small service businesses that need recurring operational and administrative support without immediately adding another full-time office position.
Find the Right Support LevelChoose the Monthly Capacity That Fits Your Current Business Needs.
Every business has different operational priorities. One owner may need customer follow-up and scheduling support, while another may need Procom involved across several recurring operational functions.
Each plan provides a defined amount of monthly operational capacity that can be focused on the responsibilities agreed upon during onboarding.
Hours Represent Reserved Operational Capacity.
During onboarding, we define responsibilities, priorities and workflows that fit within your selected monthly plan. This keeps expectations clear and allows available time to remain focused on the work that matters most.

How Monthly Capacity and Priorities Are Managed
Operational support works best when responsibilities, priorities, and available capacity are clearly defined.
Defined Priorities
Responsibilities are prioritized so available monthly capacity is focused on the operational work that matters most.
Time Tracking
Time used toward the selected monthly support plan can be tracked to provide visibility into available capacity.
No Hour Rollover
Monthly capacity expires at the end of each billing cycle. Unused hours do not accumulate or transfer to future months.
Additional Capacity
When additional support is required, additional hours or a different support level must be discussed and approved before the additional work is performed.

Operational Support Plans FAQ
Do unused monthly hours roll over?
No. Monthly support hours do not roll over to the following month. Each plan reserves a specific amount of operational capacity for your business during that billing cycle. Unused hours expire at the end of the applicable monthly service period.
What happens if I need more hours?
Additional hours may be available depending on Procom's capacity. Any additional time must be discussed and approved before the additional work is performed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Operational needs can change as the business grows. A different level of monthly capacity can be discussed based on workload and available Procom capacity.
Are all services included in every plan?
No. The services shown describe the types of responsibilities Procom can support. The exact responsibilities included in your plan are established during onboarding based on priorities, monthly capacity, and your service agreement.
Are additional business services included in my monthly hours?
Not automatically. Project-based or specialized services are generally scoped separately unless your service agreement specifically states that they are included within your monthly operational support.
Will Procom offer notary services?
Notary services are planned as an additional business service. They will be offered separately once the service is officially available and will not automatically be included in monthly operational-support plans.
What if I'm not sure how many hours I need?
That's okay. During the initial conversation, we can review your recurring responsibilities and workload to determine which monthly support level is the most appropriate place to start.
